About Us

KBE Mühendislik started its activity since 2005 as a start-up, to provide Knowledge-Based Engineering services. Located today in a 1000m² facility in Nilüfer Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa, KBE Mühendislik continues its core business while developing new services to meet market needs. Since its establishment, KBE Mühendislik provides various services to its customers in the industrial equipment sectors (Automotive, Defense, Aviation...) such as:

Nexus

Nexus is a 2D optical measurement device that allows various production facilities.It is used as a quality control tool to help reducing costs and minimizing product deviations.It is easy to operate and measures with precision, whether aluminum, rubber or PVC profile cuts.
Nexus is easy to install and uses 2D measurement system. It presents an instant PASS / FAIL evaluation based on the customer's predefined geometric dimensions and tolerances. It presents also a scanned image, size, location and wall thickness of the object measured as well as a visual comparison with its CAD model based on GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance) measurements.

Comparison With Data

Comparison of measured values with predefined ones provides "Pass or Fail" detailed report in order to make a decision.
